A safe, supportive, and skill-focused environment

We provide outpatient mental health support for adolescents ages 13–17 who may be dealing with emotional, social, or mental health challenges. Our approach is designed to meet teens where they are and help them develop tools that support long-term growth, stability, and resilience.

Through one-on-one therapy and optional medication management, our team helps adolescents better understand what they are feeling, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and move forward with confidence in everyday life.

Empowering teens to build confidence, manage emotions, and thrive

Adolescence can come with a lot of change, pressure, and emotional stress. This program is built to give teens individualized support in a calm, welcoming setting where they can talk openly, learn practical tools, and feel understood.

  • Personalized treatment based on each teen’s needs
  • One-on-one therapy focused on emotional wellness and coping skills
  • Optional medication support when appropriate
  • Family involvement to reinforce progress outside of sessions

Care built around the most important parts of treatment

Our program is designed for teens ages 13–17 who may be struggling with mood changes, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, social difficulties, or other mental health challenges. We focus on the areas that create a strong foundation for healing and growth.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions give teens private, focused time with a therapist to talk through what is going on, identify patterns, develop healthy coping tools, and work toward personal goals.

Medication Management

Some adolescents benefit from medication as part of treatment. When appropriate, psychiatric providers can assess symptoms, prescribe medication, monitor progress, and answer questions throughout care.

Family Involvement

We believe caregivers play an important role in progress. Family support can help reinforce healthy communication, boundaries, and skills outside of the therapy room.

Supporting progress beyond the therapy room

Your family or caregivers can be an important part of the healing process. When appropriate, families may be included to help strengthen communication, improve understanding, and support the work being done in treatment.

  • Family sessions: Up to once a month or as needed
  • Common topics: Better communication, healthy boundaries, and understanding learned skills
  • Goal: Build consistency and support at home while therapy continues

Designed for adolescents who need individualized support

This program may be a good fit for teens who need support navigating emotions, relationships, stress, school challenges, life transitions, or mental health symptoms that are affecting day-to-day life.

Every adolescent is different, so treatment is personalized based on current needs, clinical recommendations, and family goals whenever applicable.

What care can look like in this program

Individual Therapy

Teens meet privately with a therapist in sessions that are focused, supportive, and tailored to their individual needs. This is a space to explore emotions, relationships, behaviors, stressors, and goals in a way that feels safe and productive.

  • Session length: 45–60 minutes
  • Frequency: Typically weekly or as clinically needed
  • Focus areas: Managing emotions, building coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and working toward healthy goals

Medication Management

Some patients may benefit from meeting with a psychiatric provider for medication support. Medication management can be used alongside therapy to help improve stability, symptom relief, and overall functioning.

  • Providers may include: Psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant
  • Support may include: Assessments, medication check-ins, and questions about how medication is working
  • Approach: Thoughtful monitoring with attention to safety and effectiveness
